Digital Products Many of our resources—including printable field logs, coloring books, and identification guides—are digital downloads. These products are delivered instantly to the email address you provide at checkout. Because no physical items are shipped, digital products never incur shipping fees.
Physical Products (Processing & Shipping) For any physical items purchased through our store:

Processing Time: Orders for physical items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight of the items.

Order Tracking: Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship physical goods within the United States. If international shipping is available for a specific item, the shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
